1. Unlock, Repair and Read/Write GDFS for all supported A2 platform models.
2. New range of models of the A2 platform (CID49, 51, 52) are added to the list of supported as follows:

C series: C902
T series: T700
W series: W595, W902

3. Enabled support of "empty board" flashing on SonyEricsson DB2012 platform.
