Dear Dreambox users,

Starting from today, 27th of April 2010, all english speaking users support is moved to GSM Forum official Dreambox section here.

For ukrainian and russian speaking users there is support section at GsmServer public forums also.

Support e-mails support[at]dreambox.hk and techaid[at]dreambox.hk are closed since today. No answers will be given to e-mail requests.

Please post all your questions regarding Dreambox operations and possible problems at official Dreambox forum.

Thus we will be able to focus on one source providing better and faster support to our customers and making all questions-answers available to Dreambox community.
